Today I read an article of BBC about cardboard-stealing. The article says, there is a phenomenon in Europe that many thieves are stealing cardboard which is going to be pulped and recycled. After they steal it and export to other counties. They call cardboard “beige gold”, which means a big fortune. What surprised me that as for the pandemic, there is a rise in online shopping, so that a rise of cardboard, and then a rise of the price of recycled cardboard.
